Start Date: April/May 2010
Location:         Cairo, Egypt, please view www.cairo.com
Salary:        2,548 EGP monthly Gross salary and a 220 monthly KPI’s performance bonus.
Contract Type: Permanent (From 9 to 5 pm-or from 3 pm to 11 pm. 8 working hour per day), 2 days off per week
Experience required:         0-3 years of CS or CC experience, French fluency

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
•        Fluent in French
•        Native Arabic
•        Egyptian nationality
•        Previous experience in the sales industry
•        Previous experience in the Travel Industry
•        Already worked as a CSR or a CCS, in a Call centre environment
•        A team player with good communications skills
