You speak Arabic and French and are passionate in customers’ services? We need you!

Our client, a big touristic company based in Cairo, Egypt is hiring customer service agents who are enthusiastic, dynamics and hardworking, and have previous experience in sales, customer service or call centre (0-3 years). A previous experience in tourism sector is a bonus. Your mother tongue must be Arabic and you must speak, write in fluent French.

You will be in charge of the online bookings, flights, accommodations. You will be advising and helping clients in their enquiries and insure sales on the phone.
