-Answer clients calls

Required qualifications:

-Arabic as mother tongue
-Fluent spoken and written French
-Previous experience in sales, customer service or call centre (0-3 years)
-Contact and communication skills
-Ability to work efficiently as a team and individually
-Enthusiasm and dynamism
-Previous experience in tourism is an asset
