The company

My client, located near Cairo, (Egypt) is looking for clients’ services agents
Here is the opportunity to work for one of the leaders on the Egyptian marketing tourism, and add some ambition to your career. You will join a multilingual and dynamic team, in a wonderful cultural environment.

You…
• will answer clients’ questions in Arabic and French
• will advise and care of clients at distance
• will be in charge of online bookings (flights, rooms)
• will give quality service from a distance


Required Qualifications

• Arabic as mother tongue
• Fluency in French, spoken and written
• Experience in sales, client services or call centre. (0-3 years)
• Contact and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently, individually and as a team
• Enthusiasm and dynamism
• Experience in tourism sector is a bonus
